I arranged for TBS of Tampa Bay to replace my HVAC in my house. By their own admission, they miswired the unit, causing my heat and AC to run at the same time, resulting in a very big electric bill. They agreed to compensate me, and then failed to do it. When I threatened legal action, the president told me it was really my fault after all, and threatened to countersue me for defamation, because after he failed to pay, I posted the story on his Facebook page.
