Had bad experience with other collision centre, had to wait 3 months for my claim, I transferred it to TBS collision, got an appointment within 2 weeks. From drop off to pick up, the whole experience was seamless. I was more than happy with the repair. My car looks brand new! Thanks TBS, highly recommended!

So I had hit a huge pothole/ unfinished road work causing damage to the paint of my car, (including photos of the damage) when I made my claim to sgi, they said that I was NOT AT FAULT. Then I chose TBS Collisian as the body shop to take my car to. After taking my car to TBS collision I was told that the damage was normal wear and tear. How can it be normal wear and tear if it wasn’t there before hitting the pothole. Ridiculous. Trying to say it was normal wear and tear? Took my ford escape into tbs collision to be fixed ..Excellent job..very courteous ,friendly ,very helpful to all my all questions,I would highly recommend them to my friends and family…it was another member of my family that recommended tbs…I am sure happy I took my vehicle there…Tbs washed the outside of my vehicle and cleaned inside also!! My escape looked new when I picked it up..Thank you very much Tbs for excellent work…..5 star place!
