You would think with all the good reviews, book Jade. Not only is she rough but she gave me heat damage. I would advise you to go elsewhere. Left my hair choppy and uneven. For how pleasant I was.. it’s sad to receive rude nonchalant responses. The worst trim that I’ve gotten that had everyone that seen it asking me if I got layers.
