I booked Kia’s Touch for a sew in and updo. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, but at 10:16 AM just minutes before my appointment she texted me saying she was having car issues and would not be able to start until 12:00 PM. This was extremely short notice, especially since I had already driven nearly an hour to the salon and had a photo shoot that same day which she knew. You would think with all the good reviews, book Jade. Not only is she rough but she gave me heat damage. I would advise you to go elsewhere. Left my hair choppy and uneven. For how pleasant I was.. it’s sad to receive rude nonchalant responses. The worst trim that I’ve gotten that had everyone that seen it asking me if I got layers.
