Now, look. Let me preface this by saying that I'm white as bread and this was my first experience ever with Vietnamese food. (My Vietnamese girlfriend pushed for me to try it...) However. I ordered the beef pho special for takeout. It was ready in fifteen minutes and I took it home to eat. The food was still PIPING hot (15min-ish drive), so much so that when I poured the broth into the bowl, I actually had to do it in two takes because the cup of broth was really hot. Pho was average at best. Waitress served our food and left immediately, never to be seen again. Plastic table ware. When I asked for a paper menu to sit down and study (my first time there) the girl at the register offered to read the menu to me, off the wall. Extensive menu. No. Nice gesture, but I can read....I wanted to plan. Probably not coming back
