Dropped into a fitness class while in FL and it was great! Sam was so nice and explained everything and even gave me a pair of socks when I forgot mine. Class was challenging but she was encouraging and I did feel great afterwards!

Dropped in for a boxing class while in town and it was great! I’ve been boxing for a year and half where I live and this class was exactly what I needed this week. Cole’s energy was awesome, everyone was welcoming, and the gym overall has a great sense of community.
TBLB has helped me fall back in love with strength training and working out again in general! This gym, Sam and Travis have made a huge impact on my physical and mental health already, and it’s only been 6 weeks for me! I highly recommend joining this gym if you are looking for a fun, inspiring workout that comes with the results you want!
