I spend just about every morning at TBLB fitness and there is no place I’d rather. Sam and Trav push me every day to be the best I can be!! If you need some accountability no better place to start ! 1000000/10
I haven't done a workout like this in years. To be honest, I was a little nervous. I went in today for the 8:30 class and was amazed to see how many parents brought their kids to the workout. The kids went into child care while their parents got the snot kicked out of them from the workout. In addition to the challenging workout, their trainer was not only friendly but also encouraging and attentive. I will definitely be back again and probably try the boxing class

I have been an avid TBLB goer for almost 3 years now. My entire family loves TBLB..Sam & Travis have done such an amazing job with this gym and you can tell how much they care about their clients. It is one of the only gyms in Vero that offers childcare and you can tell they the babysitters in the gym love my kids like their own. Dropped into a fitness class while in FL and it was great! Sam was so nice and explained everything and even gave me a pair of socks when I forgot mine. Class was challenging but she was encouraging and I did feel great afterwards!
