We purchased a new home in Palm Coast. The house is new, but we really wanted to get an inspection to protect ourselves as we don't live in Florida. Ed and Tony did an awesome job inspecting my new construction home. They worked as a team and were often in separate areas of the house, so I got twice as much coverage in the same amount of time. They are very knowledgeable, meticulous and really take their time, answering any questions I had along the way, always polite and professional. The final report was emailed to me later that day in a .pdf format and it is very comprehensive and well written. I highly recommend TBI Home Inspections.
