The Imaging Center at the Brooklyn Hospital is utterly incompetent. My mother went in for a sonogram, which was scheduled for 12:30 pm. We waited until 3:30 pm. Of course, situations crop up and there are things beyond people’s control - technology, for once thing, or the subway. But in that case, human interaction and clear communication is more necessary than ever - especially at a hospital setting.
