We recently hired TBH Heating and & Air conditioning for some work within our home and were greatly impressed with the service provided. Mike is very knowledgeable and efficient. TBH Heating and Air goes above and beyond with customer care and making sure you are well taken care of. We are very satisfied with our experience, and would hire again for any future needs.
Mike had a busy day and several things came up that put him way behind. Even though it was late he came anyway and got my heater working in my shop, he was very helpful and explained to me things to check if I have problems in the future, thanks Mike!
Our furnace was on the blink the morning after Thanksgiving, and I tried to contact anyone on this long weekend who would answer a phone call. One business wanted $125 an hour travel time to come check out our problem, which would have added over $300 to the bill. I sent a text to Mike at TBH Heating & Air, and he was able to get back to me in a while and asked if I still needed help.
