Upon entering, we observed a significant amount of jewelry; however, the reason for our disappointment was its exorbitant pricing. They acquire these items for a percentage of their melt value, yet they charge five to ten times or even more, than the melt value per gram.
I went into their store with some bits of scrap gold. The employee told me that they couldn't take the beads because they weren't marked. This person refused to buy my gold, at a pawnshop. I called and spoke with a manager and they told me that it was their policy and only one manager was allowed to accept unmarked scrap. Will never step foot in that store again. Don't bother visiting tb goods, save yourself the stop.
