Came here with a brand Samsung 27 inch which is brand new the box is literally at the house . And the young lady said I’ll give you $30 for it . Let me remind you they going $120-$150 brand new that’s with a box . I worked at a pawn shop for 10 years and never ever had somebody do wrong research on a item that still has plastic on it and she didn’t even plug it up to see if it worked or check for scratches just model number look up & she came up with $30 please get somebody that knows the business working instead of tryna ... read more
I have been a customer of tbgoods for over 15 years and usually have an okay experience. Not a+ but okay. Thismorning I came in to TB goods with a hard working Hispanic friend that speaks very little English to have his jewelry tested. TBgoods staff was very helpfully untill they were told that we were conducting a private sale and needed testing done on the piece.
