There was a person of color (a black nurse) who told us on phone that the cut off time to be here is at 3:45 pm. The official timings listed on the Google business said this facility is open till 4pm. She told us on phone that they cannot allow us to test even at 3:47pm. I have been to airports that have been more accommodating. I still showed up there to cross check if indeed there were several people already waiting there and if the facility was indeed fully packed. But there was no one there!! Kayla (I hope I spelled it correctly) was extremely helpful in the process in acquiring fingerprints for my LSW licensure. When unable to access the necessary codes for my fingerprints, she called multiple departments and advocated for me in order to submit the fingerprints. She was truly a highlight in this very strenuous process, thank you again!
