Excellent experience. Luis, the owner of TBF, is an honest and dependable contractor. Less than 48 hours after I contacted, he looked over a remote property for me and was very transparent about costs, timeline, etc. If I've learned one thing over the years, it's that you can tell a lot about how things will go with a business based on your initial gut reaction at the beginning of the process. I will absolutely do business with TBF and encourage others to give them a call. Thank you!
Agreed to do a job and we had a fully signed estimate, then cancelled less than a week before the job was supposed to start. Didn't even reach out to cancel, we had to ask him.
