Misleading pricing, wasnt informed of the price until I had to pay. Will not be returning.

My first experience at this salon was exceptional. I don’t get my nails done often so I was nervous to try a new place, but Kim made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the different options of what I could get done. Love my nails, would definitely come back!
Went in for a signature mani/pedi with shellac. Was super disappointed with the lack of colour options. I have been coming here for years, and have never been so disappointed. I was barely acknowledged, my appointment started late, and as soon as I expressed disappointment in the colours, I was given the silent treatment and the world’s fastest, shoddiest pedicure.
