A friend brought me here to get my nails done. I asked for shellac/gel, and they ended up convincing me to do dip nails. While prepping my nails the tech pulled out a box of tools that were clearly already used. He cut my cuticles so aggressively and caused me to bleed and then proceeded to dip my bleeding finger into the dip powder. Additionally, mid service he used the nail clippers on himself (he cut off one long nail). My nails also look like blobs. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience. My wait time was over half an hour both times I booked an appointment. My nail tech was rude and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The refill they did came off one of my real nails just from doing the dishes. This happened less than 2 weeks after getting them done and they still charged me $10 to fix that one nail. Not going back.

I love this salon, I’ve been coming here since they opened. Every single staff member is kind, professional, and incredible at their job. I recently fell, smashed up three nails, and they fixed them up same day with no fuss. My girlfriends and I come here every year before our girls trip and it’s so easy being able to book group appointments. It’s a great environment. Truly, I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. 10/10

I recommended this location to my daughter who was visiting from British Columbia. She needed a mani/pedi(gel) for an upcoming wedding that she was attending. She was extremely disappointed with the service she received. It was a male esthetician who served her. First of all he rushed her in choosing her colours.
