TBDN is a good place to work. It’s not always easy to meet the demands of the automotive industry, but the team members at TBDN do their part to make it happen. If you want to provide for your family, work hard, gain experience, and you can show up to work, you will be successful. It’s been good to me and my family for the last 5 years. Positive experiences outweigh the negative.
i spent just over 4 years at this company and all they care about it work, work, work, work. they do NOT want you to have any kind of life outside of work. 7 days a week all the time and upper management is rude to everyone. this company does not get the concept that they are a Japanese company in America with American workers. they think you should adopt the Japanese lifestyle.
I was a temp.when my 90 days was up.I put my application in ,was interviewed. and when I explained about my husband being totally disabled and I would have to have to have a sitter for OT. I was let go that very Day. Family Does Not come first with them. Their money comes first
