Made an appointment with Cody for a Saturday. Waited an hour in the office he never showed up or cancelled my appointment prior to the date. Called numerous times to talk to him heard back 2 weeks later after my appointment. Told him we filed through TurboTax that I didn’t need his services and that I would be back to pick up my wife and I’s W2’s just to find out he shredded them. Very unprofessional and would not recommend their services.
This company hasn't help me. The co-owner messed up my tax return and now he's tell me I owe the IRS. I would never recommend anyone to do their taxes there. He made the mistake his company should have been able to help resolve the matter. But he doesn't care to do anything at all.
