The worst Credit Union in Traverse City Michigan! Very very very poor management and customer service! They will charge you thousands of dollars in overdraft fees due to their slow system not being able to process your transactions in a timely manner! Very very rude management when calling to have things taken care of! Do yourself a favor and join a real Bank in Traverse City save yourself thousands of dollars in overdraft fees and having to deal with inconsiderate employees you've been warned!

I have a large settlement coming in. For the time being I asked for a loan so I could pick up the vehicle I plan to purchase. I was turned down. According to them my debt to income ratio is too high. Credit card debt is less than 1,000. I had one outstanding bill I wasn't aware of. So the several ($$$$$) grand I planned to invest with them will be taken elsewhere.
Everything. They are always pleasant as well as helpful.
We love banking through TBA! We also have 3 loans through there! We have never been more impressed with a bank and their employees! Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
