Dave "the water guy" recently did a full home filtration / water softener install at my new townhome in Tampa Heights. He is professional, communicates well, and does exceptional work. He was able to do the install the day after I spoke to him which was great as I was moving in that upcoming weekend. His pricing is very competitive and the prices are exactly what he lists on his website. No sales pitch or upselling equipment you don't need. Thanks Dave for the impeccable install.

Dave at TB Water is exactly who you want installing a water softener. He’s responsive, professional, reliable, and clearly knows his stuff. You can tell he actually cares about doing it right, not just selling you equipment. Great until you need service or filter replacement. My husband called in May to notify Dave that our system was alerting that it needed service/filter replacement. He was told it could wait until June. He contacted Dave again in June and was told we could wait until July. Finally made the appointment in July and Dave never showed up or responded to messages afterwards. I guess after you purchase the initial system, you’re no longer of any value. We got a water softener and reverse osmosis alkaline water system installed in our home and are very happy with our decision! Dave (Owner) was very knowledgeable and efficient. After living with hard water for so many years and drinking out of a Britta, this makes such a huge difference!
