Great until you need service or filter replacement. My husband called in May to notify Dave that our system was alerting that it needed service/filter replacement. He was told it could wait until June. He contacted Dave again in June and was told we could wait until July. Finally made the appointment in July and Dave never showed up or responded to messages afterwards. I guess after you purchase the initial system, you’re no longer of any value.
