After I reached out via their website for a whole-house water filtration system for our well water, Dave, the owner, personally called me the same day and even came out that afternoon. Dave is the best! Knowledgeable, kind and a friendly patriot! He went above and beyond! He is Not a corporation! He answered the phone himself, and lucky-me, he was around my area, and he swam by our house the same day. He installed a drinking water system, not the whole house softening system (yet).
