Tran, Julie and lan did great job Excellent customer service
I had a very unpleasant experience at TB Nice One Nails. The lady named Tran was rude, impatient, unprofessional, and aggressive throughout my visit. When I tried to address her behavior politely, she actually shushed me, which I found extremely disrespectful. This is not how customers should be treated. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and I won’t be returning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.
My favorite place for pedicures! All the ladies are incredibly sweet, provide excellent service, and are always so accommodating. Tran is absolutely amazing — professional, personable, and makes every visit such a great experience.
Very friendly staff. Highly recommend Linda as your technician.
