As soon as I met with him, I immediately felt relaxed by his pleasant demeanor and confident in his ability to complete the work that needed done. We had a great experience working with TB Heating & Cooling. We originally had another company come out and diagnose an issue with our heat pump unit, but decided on getting a second opinion and contacted TB Heating & Cooling. They came out and actually informed us that the issue was misdiagnosed and showed us what was actually wrong. They went through the options to fix the part or replace the whole unit and provided the benefits to each option. We decided to have the whole unit replaced.
