I am updating my review to 5 stars. Tom from TB heating and cooling and heating band has been updated to service today and a detail conversation rectifying the situatiom. Tom is a nice person with great workers. I’ve always spoken highly of him and have been happy to work with him. That is until today, Friday September 4, 2026. I placed a call at 12:40 to say my air conditioner is not working. Temperature at the time was 77 in the house. I have a service contract with TB heating and cooling. On time and courteous ! Tom fit me in and got my ac up and running again before the next couple of 90° days. Highly recommended
TB reminded me of an AC maintenance service I had paid for 2 years ago. The technician came on time, was knowledgeable, friendly, checked and cleaned the AC. I'm very satisfied.
