My boiler broke down twice in one month. The 2nd time i was told i needed a new boiler and i would have to wait 2 / 3 days i received a call the next day stating that i would have to wait one week for a Survey and then up to 2 weeks for a new boiler. I have a serious health condition and i called again to see if i could be a priority as my doctor stated that it would be detrimental to my health. I was told no and that the engineer had not raised the job until.the next day.
