I just had one of those customer service experiences that reminds you why you keep going back to a place. I ordered lunch from Taziki’s earlier today and somehow managed to leave part of my order behind when I picked it up (totally my fault). When I came back later in the day thinking it had been forgotten, the manager was incredibly kind about the situation and immediately remade the item for me without hesitation.
