These people will scam you out of your security deposit. .They try to push a responsibility that should and is THEIR responsibility to make sure their rental units have been properly protected from pests such as cockroaches. . No new carpet, new paint or new wallpaper for the 18 years I've lived there. They have no problem raising the rent though. Maintenance is very slow to respond to problems. I have a hole in my kitchen ceiling from a water leak over ten years ago and maintenance has yet to fix it. I definitely will never rent from them again!
