Upon entering the clinic room to see my 85-year-old mother for the first time, Dr Harmon said "So you're the one with the mass on your kidney?" and my mother did NOT have a mass nor had ever heard that she did. This was a Friday morning so it wrecked the entire weekend until she returned the next Tuesday to get a test confirming that there was NOTHING wrong. Dr Harmon, do NOT presume a patient knows anything when you enter and do NOT have state such unethical & presumptuous statements. Shame on you.

I truly believe I couldn't have found any better doctor than Dr. Harmon or better service than Boone Hospital anywhere.
