I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience based on the final result—especially after paying over $350. I had asked specifically for a cool blonde balayage, explaining that I do not like yellow at all and wanted something that would grow out softly. Unfortunately, my hair turned out a yellowish-grey tone, which leaves it looking dull—almost as if I have grey, smoker-toned hair rather than the icy blonde I showed in photos.
