Warning to others: this company is dishonest and unprofessional. They take payment for the service, leave before completing the work, and then stop answering phone calls or messages. Be very careful before giving them your money. In my experience, they did not provide the full service promised and ignored all attempts to resolve the issue afterward. Watch out so they don’t scam you or steal your money too.
I deeply regret choosing this company for my alarm system installation. They failed to properly assess the property before installation and even sent the wrong submission required process. Important areas of the house that needed protection were ignored, leaving the home unsecured because of their mistakes. The technician they sent was disrespectful and abusive toward me, and he left the house without even properly testing the system.
