The practice has adopted a subscription model that is on top of co-insurance and co-pay. They don't declare this on Zocdoc when you're making an appointment. They will ONLY call 1 hr before your appointment to ask for the annual subscription fee before the doctor will see you. If you're going to get something checked out then you are at the mercy of paying the subscription fee else the good doctor won't see you. And the kicker... No tuve suerte como dicen por ahí. Tenía una cita para hoy 04/21/25 a las 10:10am y Justo cuando me llama la recepcionista para cancelarla estaba en frente de ella, osea 15 minutos antes de la cita me cancelaron y me enviaron a otra instalación, NJ imagine, cuando fui allí me dicen que sólo estaba la orden no la cita, que ellos tienen disponibilidad para abril 30 y yo que tome el día libre para eso…. Sencillamente No los recomiendo .
