Love this place. I came over multiple times from Oregon to have my mouth corrected and have implants. It was worth the 7 trips from Oregon to Salt Lake over a 2-year. My teeth and implants are now wonderful and I feel like I have a new lease on life. It is amazing how much better you feel when your teeth are correct. Again. I would strongly recommend this office to anyone.
I had the worst customer service experience here. He was actually bickering with me over the phone about my payment. He lost his cool and was rude. He called me racist for saying that we wanted to have a dentist who is a person of color. You can see from his response to this review the type of treatment I received. We ended up paying him $175 and because my daughter got lost and was late (the address on Apple Maps was incorrect), he refused to see her or to refund us our money.
