With the local NSW south coast window suppliers being unable to provide acceptable doors and windows for our new build, Taylors Windows were recomended. We hadn't realised they regularly work down here (in the Batemans Bay region). From our first contact, Taylors were problem solvers, professional, thorough, made suggestions which gave us better outcomes and treated my wife and I as equals. Entirely Unresponsive to calls and emails. I've emailed, I've called, I've been told someone will call me immediately back only to get no response, I've been told all my questions have been sent to Matt and he will reply to my emails shortly, also to no response. I've had damage to my house because I've had no windows in the depths of wild windy storms, all because i thought a window company would be able to at least RESPOND within a months time... its ridiculous
Had our windows and doors for over 1.5 years the installers never finished the project correctly and we have been waiting for a completion service ever since and defects to be completed. I've rang the owner and the salesman on several occasions with a blunt response. They make you pay before delivery then service goes out the window. Exact same thing happened to my friend eith the same company.
Taylor’s Windows was highly recommended to me and the company certainly lived up to this positive reputation. Initially Gary came up with creative solutions to my vague ideas. Peter and his installation crew were professional, polite, hardworking and non-intrusive. The finished job is fantastic! Kay was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries I had. Altogether it has been a great experience!
