Had our windows and doors for over 1.5 years the installers never finished the project correctly and we have been waiting for a completion service ever since and defects to be completed. I've rang the owner and the salesman on several occasions with a blunt response. They make you pay before delivery then service goes out the window. Exact same thing happened to my friend eith the same company.
Taylor’s Windows was highly recommended to me and the company certainly lived up to this positive reputation. Initially Gary came up with creative solutions to my vague ideas. Peter and his installation crew were professional, polite, hardworking and non-intrusive. The finished job is fantastic! Kay was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries I had. Altogether it has been a great experience!

Would not recommend, products look ok hence the two stars. But not the best design and do not honour exchange of faulty goods with my builder.
We used Taylor’s windows to supply and install a large double glazed UV rated window out at our property and were extremely happy with the exceptional level of service from the initial booking, quotation, through to supply and install of the window. The company were easy to deal with, professional and the time from initial contact to install was only a few weeks as promised. Highly recommend using this company and will be using again for our future window needs.
