Absolutely delighted with the quality experience (product and customer service) from Taylor’s. Starting with Gary who quoted the job, through to Peter and the installation team. Very impressed and grateful for the service. Also aligned with another trade, did not cause any fuss. We will be back for future needs and referring your business to friends and strangers! Thanks so much for everything Taylor’s team!
5 times ive contacted them 3 times went into their store Window winder handles break easily on their AWM system and asked for replacements. They simply say words and never follow up. "We will chase that up and call you back" - no call "We get heaps of those in due to trades snapping them off in final fit outs, when the next box comes in we will call you and give you a few" - never called. Even told when i asked about it that "No one would ever say that to you cause thats bullshit we dont get boxes of those" Absolute disregar... read more

Their consultation and pricing was better and they delivered and installed them on time without surprises or fuss. With them fabricating... read more
Entirely Unresponsive to calls and emails. I've emailed, I've called, I've been told someone will call me immediately back only to get no response, I've been told all my questions have been sent to Matt and he will reply to my emails shortly, also to no response. I've had damage to my house because I've had no windows in the depths of wild windy storms, all because i thought a window company would be able to at least RESPOND within a months time... its ridiculous
