They repaired our car after it was hit from behind. Fantastic customer service from Claire who sorted the appointment etc and also anyone else who we had contact with. Hopefully someone see’s this before letting there insurance company send there vehicle to this company. Had my vehicle for months to replace bumper and a few other bits, was called to say vehicle was finally ready although when picked up noticed front bumper not installed correctly it was actually out in 7 areas, went back in 3 times to resolve each time still not lining up.
