Great communicator . Nick was excellent. We purchased the property sight unseen. Nick took us on a virtual tour using Facetime and we felt comfortable that the property was in good order and what we wanted prior to going to contract. He sourced all the information that we needed in a timely fashion. To date we still have not seen the inside of our unit or met with Nick, however, will do so in the coming days and thank Nick personally then.
