I have been having a prescription filled at Taylors for 14 plus years. The customer service has steadily went down hill to the point I have to find another compound pharmacy. They use to be the best but like every company that grows they forget the customer that made them who they are today Like Share
Great Choice If you are loooking for a pharmacy with convinent hours and location this is the perfect one for you. I was tired of going to pick up a prescription and have to wait for an hour. I wold definately recommend!
Gave Me Drug They Know I Am Allergic To! Taylor's Pharmacy misfilled my prescription with a drug they know I am allergic to! In May2012, I developed a severe allergic reaction to a hormone cream that Taylor's Pharmacy filled. I spoke with the pharmacist and reported this. She said she would mark my account as allergic to the VersaBase cream that was used in this presription. not again I went here only to experience the worst treatment. I needed the medicine stat and asked if it could be a rushed order. The pharmicist was just sitting there and said they were busy and couldn't. The clerks are super rude and uncaring. I will not go here again.
Poor service and rude employees I seem to be a couple of blocks outside their delivery area. I have called two times to refill medication and both times I have had to deal with rude clerks. The last time, today, they are out of the medication. It has to be compounded and they know I get it every month. Find another pharmacy. I am. E
Hot Flash Wonder Just started taking the natural Hormone Replacement medicine that Taylors Pharmacy makes. I feel like my old self, my hot flashes are gone. Great old fashioned service, with delivery service. They really seem to care when you walk in the door. Very cute pharmacy. Will recommend to all my friends who complain about being hot all the time
RecommendedI used Taylor's after being recommended by my vet for compounded medication. They always were able to fill her medication in a timely fashion and were even able to fill in a day with proper notice. The delivery service was great and I never had any issues. My pet Emmie recently passed and they offered to refund the medication and just have me dispose of it. I really appreciated that.
