How rude is the young lady behind the counter!!! Got some brush cutter cord yesterday and got the size too big. Bought it back to replace it and she says with a smart attitude “i told you it was going to be too big yesterday” Well because of that i returned to cord (didn’t exchange) And i will never be coming back. Plenty more places to buy products i need. Dont need rude people in my life. I would suggest that management do some training before you lose more customers.

Rude & incompetent in repairing equipment
Really poor customer service from the Broadmeadow store. I rang on a Monday to ask the price and timing to have a fuel hose replaced. I was told it would be between $30-45 and to drop it off on a Wed/Thurs and it would be done as a quick job on the Friday. Dropped it off Wed. Friday afternoon I rang to check, was spoken to rudely and told there was 6 jobs in front of mine and it would get done when it's done.
