Elderly, silvered haired gentleman, in the Broadmeadow store is the rudest human ever encountered on the face of this earth. He should stick to servicing mowers and steer clear of customer service. Keep your mowers, blowers and hedge trimmers clear!
Bad customer service, I’m sure it doesn’t cost $280 to repair a carby on a still blower, they ended up jacking the price so they could sell me a new machine. Kept my $30 deposit and now where does it state that they keep if you don’t want the job repaired! They told me it was refunded if I didn’t want to go ahead with the job..
Been a customer for years More recently Bought a stihl blower of these guys Within 2 months of purchase it failed to start despite me changing spark plug, fuel etc… I returned blower hoping they replace under warranty or fix the thing . After communicating to the guy over the phone that we use this blower every day for work he said it would take 3-4 weeks for them to look at it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude and belligerent owner when I simply asked about servicing my product, which was purchased in store. If you don’t enjoy working with customers go back to school and get a job where you don’t have to fix lawn mowers, or work with the general public. Never again Taylor’s.
I bought many chainsaws from this place over a 20 year period and it was always dealt with professional people happy to serve. Great service all the time.
