Rude & incompetent in repairing equipment
Really poor customer service from the Broadmeadow store. I rang on a Monday to ask the price and timing to have a fuel hose replaced. I was told it would be between $30-45 and to drop it off on a Wed/Thurs and it would be done as a quick job on the Friday. Dropped it off Wed. Friday afternoon I rang to check, was spoken to rudely and told there was 6 jobs in front of mine and it would get done when it's done. Elderly, silvered haired gentleman, in the Broadmeadow store is the rudest human ever encountered on the face of this earth. He should stick to servicing mowers and steer clear of customer service. Keep your mowers, blowers and hedge trimmers clear!
Bad customer service, I’m sure it doesn’t cost $280 to repair a carby on a still blower, they ended up jacking the price so they could sell me a new machine. Kept my $30 deposit and now where does it state that they keep if you don’t want the job repaired! They told me it was refunded if I didn’t want to go ahead with the job..
