Great service. Took the time and interest in what we wanted and needed
Great, friendly family based business! I brought in two watches, one for a bracelet swap, and the other for a quartz movement battery. They were done in 20 minutes, including an accurate bracelet re-sizing.
Taylor’s Jewellers is the best! Their every helpful staff Natascha and Kristy answer any questions you have right away and they communicate along every step of the way! I would 100% recommend them!
I lost the diamond from my engagement ring and the staff at Taylor's were so kind and helpful in the process of getting my ring restored. The quality of my new diamond is beautiful and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and how well they communicated with me during the process. Natascha especially went above and beyond for me. Would 100 percent recommend Taylor's.
I recently had my ring resized here and overall I was very pleased with the experience. I’ll admit I was pretty shocked by the cost of the resizing, as it was more than I expected, but the quality of the work was great. When I got my ring back, it looked absolutely beautiful — so clean and shiny, almost like new again. The craftsmanship was very well done. Also, the service lady ( I believe her name was Kristy) who helped me was absolutely lovely and made the experience feel welcoming and pleasant from start to finish.
