Huge shout out to Taylor's HVAC! We called on a Sunday evening and Evan and Alex were at my house early Monday morning and ready to tackle our mess! Evan was EXTREMELY thorough in explaining what was going on with our system/duct work in terms that non-HVAC people could understand easily! He, Alex and Deon were very respectful and quickly got us fixed up and the house cooling down in just a few hours! Thank you all so much, we are so appreciative for the superb service that was provided to us!

I cannot say enough about this company! It was hotter in my house this evening when I got off work than it was outside. With a young child, a disabled mom, and my furbaby, there was no way we were going to wait until tomorrow like so many of the other companies I called told me. Taylor’s was in route to my house less than an hour of me calling. Evan Cratt is a God send (and deserves a raise!). He had me up and running in less than an hour. Called them yesterday afternoon for a home decor project - gone horribly wrong. Just knew I would have to replace the whole wall! Thankfully after a very thorough, professional call from Evan explaining everything that was needed to be done - the wall just needed to be mudded & sanded! They came the day after the call was made! So grateful & now the decor project is back on track but with a different idea to be executed. Whew. Thanks for saving me - physically & financially!
