Honestly, the receptionists need to stop acting like they own the clinic and are treating the patients. It won't hurt your soul to help someone out. Especially a mum with a baby.
Tried to book as a new patient but was told because my regular doctor is away, they won't have me because I won't be a regular. Cool! Guess I'll just find out if I have skin cancer later! Would have been happy to switch clinics but I guess any excuse not to spend a minute asking questions
I have been trying to arrange an asthma plan that was urgent since early April. I was told it would be ready the next day and receptionists failed to hand the printed sheet to the Drs when it was dropped off. When it was completed the receptionists called the wrong contact to pick it up and have since lost it/thrown it out. After coming back in a third time they redid the plan in black and white which schools will not accept. I now have to come back another two times (five total) to drop off and pick up ANOTHER coloured copy... read more
