We worked with Mary, looking for a round drop leaf table and 2 chairs. Many we had seen were assembly line quality ( loose in the legs or pedestal , not a great fit when the sides were up). Mary had one that was well built, with coloring that we were looking for and came with 2 well built, comfortable chairs. We are so glad that we stopped into Taylor’s on 7.19.26.
I had a pic of what I wanted when I entered Taylor's, however it was out of stock. The young lady showed me two similar items and I said I'll take the black and gray one. She had two young men ready it and load it up on my trailer. I'll be back.
On the phone, Kevin was amazing. He helped me make sure the chair I wanted was in stock and that they would have one still when I came a few days later. He even answered more specific questions about their policies and how I could get the chair home and set up. Also, on the day I purchased the chair, the people at Taylor's were great. They honored their internet price and even helped to get the chair in the back of our truck. I will definitely return to them when I need another piece of furniture.
Excellent furniture and service. Would highly recommend this store to anyone.
Very good service and I was very pleased I got a bedroom set there probably about 20 years ago and it's still just as good as it was when it was new I bought a mattress this time..... very comfy
