Taylors Boston did not have an EV Technician at the time. So took Mustang Mach-e in to Taylors Skegness for warranty work. The Ford Fiesta Courtesy Car they provided was dirty & empty fuel. On collection of Mustang there with a fresh chip in driver’s door. Later I discovered that after they removed the interior plastic moulding under ‘frunk” it was not replaced properly and missing plastic pins that hold it in place. Shocking the prices are double. Oil change £250, Ford at spalding £150. They are double the price Boston stay away. I had a courtesy car was dirty.....
Yeah all in all good shame they couldn't give me a lead time for the part so could not go ahead with the job due to time pressures in life. "We can't give you a time frame until the part is ordered" seems strange but there you go, the job went elsewhere.
Got through to reception explained what i needed, about 4 hours later someone rang me back said they had a note to ring me what did i want? Explained again, ok i,ll get price and get back to you, never heard off them again. Google asked me to review this place from 3 weeks ago, heres your review.
