I needed some extra equipment at the last minute for a trip that Taylor's Falls wasn't outfitting. All staff at Interstate SP were extremely fast, professional, friendly and got us exactly what we needed. When we realized we asked for the wrong item, they were equally quick to swap out and refund for us. Highly recommend Taylor's Falls!
Quick process but overcharged when reserved on site, same day. They increase the price by 5 dollars for each kayak rented when reserved on terminal in person. When called out, the manager wouldn’t reduce the price and couldn’t explain. Recommended reserving online whether same day or day before, to prevent overcharging. The cost when reserving on the day-before is less than same day.
