Still a great local hardware store with a very helpful staff
Exceptional customer service!! First, it is extremely rare when store associates are observant enough to notice when someone might need additional assistance. I wish I caught her name, but after this particular Associate assisted one customer, she noticed me looking at the tools behind the glass and promptly asked if I needed assistance! And then!
