brought my car to get clean and shampoo at 8am first one there came back at 11:45 they had my car sitting to the side haven't even touched it was washing other vehicles saying they knew i want in a rush
They charged $100. to vacuum, wipe down inside and wash van. We also wanted the carpet shampooed. Had to go back to their detail shop to talk to manager to explain issue. Manager finally stated they would shampoo carpet. Should not have had to go back, who pays $100. for a wash, vacuum and wipe down inside?
