Made an order in the beginning of August for parts that stated were in stock. Got a shipment notification for half my order. Emailed and asked what happened and they said they would have it in 4 weeks. Website stated it was in stock......no warning that it would take 4 weeks. Whatever, I suppose I can be patient. September comes and goes, October comes and goes. So 3 months later I get a phone call "Did you still want this part?". I said yes and confirmed my information. Another 2 weeks go by and still no shipping confirmati... read more

We did a new shooter clinic yesterday for cowboy mounted shooting. Jared and I fired close to 100 black powder blanks each without stopping to clean our guns. Our guns were almost black from the burnt powder! Our Taylor Running Irons never failed us! No lock ups, no sticky cylinders and no stuck cartridges! We love our Taylors! Bought from their website. gun came with brass trigger guard when photo showed steel. Called and was told it is steel. I had to show them a photo that it is GOLD. Was told it was a pigment issue. lol then I was told the manufacturer only makes it in brass now. They have since changed the photo of the one purchased but all other items are showing a steel guard. Even the same gun with a different grip has steel. I wanted steel and was brushed off with no regard if a customer was happy or not. Take the money - bait and switch?

Ordered parts for my cattleman revolver back in February. Paid by card, confirmation number received and still as of today June 28th 2020 haven’t received them. Tried calling and was put on hold for 25min plus to the parts department. Would not recommend them.

From beginning to end, the ordering and sales process was easy as pie. Kyle is my account manager, and he is the best in the industry. Very happy to have found Taylor Firearms. They've earned a lifelong customer and I will be sending everyone I can to support.

Business response:

Thank for your feedback and we appreciate your support!

Did a review for a Cowboy Action Shooting website about their 1883 Colt Burgess rifle and how sweet it was. I was very impressed with, and to this day would love one. Have any in stock? I own four Taylor's and love everyone of them.

Just picked up my 1873 Comanchero today from my local shop! Waited a month for it to come in!!Stunning rifle!! Everyone at Taylors is fantastic, and would highly recommend. I own two of their engraved 1873 cattlemen pistols as well. One thing I would highly suggest is, that these rifles are not cheap...and rightfully so. However, they come in a cheap Uberti cardboard box? How about a guitar style case with the velvet inside to properly store this rifle?? Like a new Fender guitar gets...better than a cheap box. Other than tha... read more

This is the place to get a drop-in, fixed cartridge conversion cylinder for an 1847 Walker. Perfect fit, finish & function. 👍
