Worst customer service, worst web site ever. One star is over rating this crappy company. Ordered parts for a rifle made in Italy, out of six parts ordered only one was in stock even tho it said on their web it was in stock. The part they did send was not the correct part, so now I call customer service the guy said he was working on something else, I will transfer you to the parts dept. only get voice mail. Going to their horrible web site you need to fill out a form for MRA When you order you are charged through another c... read more

I would give minus 1 star to them if possible. Horrible customer service and in my opinion, completely dishonest and could care less. I would need to write a book to explain. Buy Cimarron imported guns instead. Nothing but great service when needed from them. In my opinion Taylor's is low-budget backwoods customer service at best.

Beware ordering parts from Taylor's & Company. I ordered Screws from their Uberti parts schematic expecting them to fit my Uberti since they are advertised on their site for Ubertis. None of the screws fit my revolver. When I talked to their parts guy I was informed that they only fit newer Ubertis, and in order to return them I would have to pay a restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. After paying their shipping and handling charges of nearly $9.00 for three screws weighing less than 3 ounces, and not having any l... read more

I just bought a conversion cylinder for my 1858 Remington. Received it on time. What a fantastic accessory! Well built and works perfectly!

i wss sent a used gun. 1860 snub nose. i bought it over a month ago as a gift. ended up not giving it to him and I opened it tonight and it was all scratched up, damaged. definitely not a happy customer.

Business response:

Hello Alex. Thank you for writing. We have someone reaching out to you today concerning this issue. The firearm was from a brand new shipment of revolvers, as we wouldn't ship you anything used, however, this one clearly slipped thru quality control. Please expect to hear from someone today. Thank you for your patience while we can resolve this matter.

Thank you Taylor and company for the great service and great products. I purchased a Uberti Remington Highwall 45-70. When I went to pick the firearm up at my FFL dealer, I found the foregrip had a huge crack. I contacted Taylor and Company and they overnighted a new Foregrip. The rifle is gorgeous. It was my sons Christmas present. Taylor and Company are 5+ stars all the way. I will be purchasing more firearms off of them in the coming year. I intend to make a trip down to visit my family in Virginia and stop at their show ... read more

I purchased a 1858 Remington pistol that was returned twice for repair because the cylinder wouldn't rotate. Long story short after my last trip to the gun the range it got stock with a live round. They basically told me to get lost. Junk company with junk customer service.
