Poor experience. Neil does not give regular updates on the repair process. I text him asking for an update and had to remind him days later. Also had to remind him about little things, like flushing my toilet, reconnecting my water heater and removing a piece of plywood. Update: He called with a progress report and apologized for the missed items. - Roger V.
