Deficient services and very disappointing customer service
They came to clean a couple of stains we had in our carpet. After the cleaning, the stains did not only remain there, but they also became bigger. Somehow, they spread the dirt when they cleaned. I called them to ask if someone could come back, and every time they told me: “we are going to ask our manager and we’ll call you back”. However, they never called back. Expensive and incompetent service.
Oh my gosh! I can't say enough about how wonderful Taylor's Carpet Cleaners made our carpets look! Before they came, we had years of kid messes—Kool-Aid, candy, dirt, you name it. There were also spots from our dogs, including some tough stains from when one of them was sick. The carpet was really stained and dull, and we were close to getting new flooring.
