I haven't had the best experience(s) with Taylor's Boats and Draper. Whenever I have appointments, the boat still sits there for weeks. They'll give no updates while it's waiting there. I have to call and check on it personally. I have to go and make multiple trips to get it to be able to use it for the weekend, after waiting sometimes a month for the original appointment. My experience with Taylor's Boats (everything from Sales, Retail, but most importantly the Service department) has taught me one thing: Taylor's understands that the boat business is more of a relationship business than anything. They patiently and confidently worked through some difficult-to-diagnose issues that we were experiencing on our boat, and got us running good as new. Taylor’s boats and their service team just earned a customer for life. Nash and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we could get our boat up and running down at lake powell. They listened and understood our predicament. Rather than being the gatekeeper of servicing our boat- they helped walk us through a few steps that allowed us to get the boat running for a long anticipated trip. Special shout out to RYAN and NASH in the Draper location. Model employees for the organization.
We just purchased our 2nd boat from Taylor's. When we ordered our boat, we were told it would be ready by Memorial Day, and we planned a trip to Powell the week after. There was a delay in the production of our boat, and Taylor lined up a loaner boat to make sure the trip could go on as planned.
I’ve debated and debated on leaving a review. But the customer service here is ridiculous. We purchased a boat in mid July. When picking it up after it was detailed they knew nothing about this boat. We figured out more than they did while he was trying to show us and knew absolutely nothing. We took the boat out the first time and the ballast’s bags leaked.
