I’ve debated and debated on leaving a review. But the customer service here is ridiculous. We purchased a boat in mid July. When picking it up after it was detailed they knew nothing about this boat. We figured out more than they did while he was trying to show us and knew absolutely nothing. We took the boat out the first time and the ballast’s bags leaked. Taylors Boats in Draper made a huge improvement this year in customer service. Nash, Gabe and Tressa were outstanding in diagnosing and servicing my boat along with keeping their promise on a timely pick up. I’ve definitely noticed a huge improvement over prior years. Thanks.
This is the second Malibu 21 LX we have purchased from Taylor’s Boats in the last two years. Our sales guy, Kyler, was awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and his communication is fantastic! Nash and the service team have also been great. Would recommend Taylor’s Boats to anyone looking for the best boat on the water.

We have really struggled with the service department at Taylors for the past couple of years, but a couple months ago we got connected with Gabe and we couldn’t be more happy. He’s honest, great to communicate with, true to his word and gets us in and out quick. If you need work done at Taylor’s or anything else, contact Gabe and he will get you set straight!
