Terrible experience with this Taylor’s location. I purchased a 2025 M242 from my Taylor’s dealer in Colorado and this boat was located at the Draper dealership. Boat had active recalls that were never addressed prior to my purchase, brake lines that separated at the caliper. I have no idea how this dealership sold a 10,000lbs boat/trailer without first checking to see if active recalls had been addressed. I've never worked with a dealership that has so consitently lacked at responding. I usually don't care much about a few hiccups, but after 8 calls - yes, 8 calls - over the last 2 years with various questions - from wanting to test a boat to selling a boat - I have never gotten a response. Not once. Every single time, they said they would call back - to schedule a demo or with a quote or more answers about some of my questions. And they never have. Just poor communication. :/
My salesman in Kaysville, Draper and St George are attentive and made sure I got all the options and the perfect boat. I’m so lucky I get to work with all three stores!
I haven’t personally bought a boat from Taylor’s (yet) but have visited them every year at the boat show and purchased life jackets and many other things from their proshop. Great selection! Everyone I have always worked with has been awesome and friendly!! Can’t wait for the day we finally pull the trigger on a new Malibu!
