Very helpful staff. Assisted with warranty help and a few minor things with my trailer. Easy to work with and communicated every step of the way, verifying charges before going through with them.
Great experience buying our boat from Taylors Boats! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process smooth. Braxton was great to help us through the sales process. Super knowledgeable and was always willing to listen. Sabrina in service always makes sure they take care of our boat so we can enjoy time on the water. Ben hooked us up with some sweet toys to go along with our new boat. The boat is perfect, and their customer service was top-notch.
Exceptional service! Sabrina and her staff worked very hard to get our boat up and running! Our ECM went out in the boat and they were the only ones that could figure out a solution. I can’t thank you enough for how professional and awesome your team is to work with. Sabrina work her magic and never gave up until she had a solution for us and was also very fare on what they charged us for the repair.
