keep their word. actually do what they say they did
paid them to replace and slime both tires. They only replaced and slimed the front tire. When I called to let them know the back tire was flat the dude told me to pull out thorns and spin the tire. Also said if I need them to do it then I will be charged. He told me they close at 7 when in fact they closed at 6 so I was even more pissed after walking the bike all the way there to find them closed. They have fixed my bike twice there, and they are super nice! They know what they are doing, and I can leave home and be back in 15 minutes!
Had a great experience buying my first mountain bike. Staff extremely knowledgeable and professional.
They were fast at replacing my tube but the gentleman helping me had ZERO customer service skills. He was short with me and I felt like I was a complete burden. I simply asked if they price matched and he sounded extremely annoyed when he said I should just pay the 5 dollars more and support a local family business. Which I'd be happy to do! As soon as they get some customer service skills! I was the ONLY person in the store as well.
