Had an absolutely shocking experience with a man named Guy in the parts department. Long story short, I ordered a full set of weather mats for my car, picked them up and the same man helped install them. I completely acknowledged it was my fault for not double checking them before I left but there were two pieces missing that I thought I had ordered. Wife and I went to look at a used Yukon. Kris Clouse was very good to work with. Very respectful as to why we chose to look at the very vehicle that we did and didn’t try to push any one of the others that were on the lot. When it came to making the deal, he was very straightforward about where he may have room to wheel and deal and where he didn’t; along with the why. I would work with him again.
