In traveling across the country to move our daughter to Iowa, we felt incredibly blessed to have had the help of this company when her car blew a tire 80 miles from our destination (without a spare & on a holiday weekend after hours at that). The owner was amazing and really went out of his way to help us out with what felt like a worst case scenario. He has us towed and tire replaced in no time at all. We have visited for work on vehicles 2 times. Always very friendly. Great service & reliable workmanship. They don't give you any run around.Remember them when you need work done!
HORRIBLE customer service. Woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I called regarding snow removal and was yelled at and heard her audibly say “oh my god!” When I asked if they had availability. She then proceeded to scream at me about not having availability. A simple “No, sorry, we don’t have anymore room to take on more jobs at this time would have sufficed.” Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
Big shout out to Taylors Auto Body! I was in town for an errand and noticed a low tire pressure. A friend recommended them. Was able to get right in and very reasonable!! Thanks again!!!
