We have visited for work on vehicles 2 times. Always very friendly. Great service & reliable workmanship. They don't give you any run around.Remember them when you need work done!
HORRIBLE customer service. Woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I called regarding snow removal and was yelled at and heard her audibly say “oh my god!” When I asked if they had availability. She then proceeded to scream at me about not having availability. A simple “No, sorry, we don’t have anymore room to take on more jobs at this time would have sufficed.” Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
Big shout out to Taylors Auto Body! I was in town for an errand and noticed a low tire pressure. A friend recommended them. Was able to get right in and very reasonable!! Thanks again!!!
