Mr. Taylor went out of his way and took time to help me with some technical advice on a competitors product. If that isn’t a good honest genuine business model I don’t know what is. He will have any of my future purchases, businesses and support like this are hard to find.
Highly recommend for any of their products! Customer service line this is hard to find now and days. James was available for multiple phone calls after business hours to help me get my 2007 tundra double cab JBL set up properly. All the reviews you read are completely correct this guy knows what he is doing and it shows!
My wife got me the only thing on my Christmas list. JBL 8 channel amp from Taylor’s audio. I’m a complete novice with stereos and I installed this in about 2 hours. Makes my 2021 platinum crewmax sound 100 times better. I did not do the sub and enclosure just the amp. In the future I’ll 1000% go here for any stereo upgrades. Highly recommend A year later I got the enclosure and subwoofer and I’m impressed even more by the sound quality. I’ve already ordered dash speakers, door speakers will be next. This guy knows his stuff.
I just installed the "AOT AND TC COMPLETE AUDIO PACKAGE" from Taylors Audio (tech12v) in my 2019 Tundra Platinum. The stock JBL sound system in my truck was garbage. Did not get loud at all, especially with running audio through Bluetooth.
