I had my brakes serviced at Taylor Motive about a year ago. Recently, I experienced a brake failure due to a faulty part. Fortunately, it happened in my driveway and no one was hurt. Even though the part failure wasn't Taylor's fault, they went above and beyond—they handled the full repair and even replaced my damaged bumper at their own expense. It’s rare to find a shop with this much integrity. I’ll definitely continue doing business with the great team at Taylor Motive.

EDIT: I wrote a review earlier, bur for some reason it was not posted, so I will try again. I wanted to express my gratitude to Taylormotive for the service and repairs they did on my vehicle. They went beyond my expectations and explained the process fully and clearly. There is a reason why this company has been in business since 1959. Thank you!
I consider to give 10 star , 5 , is very less. I had an accident in March/2025 ,the shop in Coquitlam couldn't repair and said my car will be ride off .My friend Neda referred me to Taylormotive shop and said they make impossible, possible just like magicians, amazing humans are working there , they will definitely help you to their best of capacity.I witnessed exactly the way Neda said.
